About Online Vastu Compass
Online Vastu Compass is a free set of tools for people who want to understand their home through Vastu Shastra without guesswork, sign-ups or fear-based advice.
Why it exists
Looking at the Vastu tools available online, we kept seeing the same problems: compasses that don’t say whether a reading can be trusted, Vastu scores that don’t explain how they are calculated, floor-plan analysis behind paywalls or server uploads, and advice that pushes products. We wanted something you could check, trust and use in two minutes on a phone.
Our principles
- Accurate directions first. Real sensor data, true-north correction with the official World Magnetic Model, a stability indicator — and a map-based method when a compass can’t be trusted.
- Transparent rules. Every rating and weight behind our score is published.
- Private by default. Your readings and floor plans are processed on your device. No accounts.
- Responsible claims. Vastu is a traditional belief system. We present it as traditional guidance, never as a guarantee of wealth, health or success, and we favour practical, no-cost changes over expensive remedies.
- Free core tools. The compass, checker and floor plan analyzer are free. If we add paid features later, they will be clearly marked and the free tools will stay useful.
How the site is funded
The site may show a limited number of clearly labelled ads in article areas (never inside the tools) and may include clearly marked partner links. This keeps the tools free.
